2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your questions – regardless of the method in which you asked, e.g., by email, via the contact panel, by phone, or in person during conversations with our staff (Contact),
- To send you a Newsletter to the email address you provided (Newsletter),
- To present you with a commercial offer (Marketing),
- To enable you to use our channels on Social Media platforms (Social Media),
- To gather information about your use of our website (cookies).

NEWSLETTER
These are activities involving sending you the content of our latest Newsletters, which are always sent electronically (email). We only send them based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing consent is voluntary and does not affect your ability to use the services we offer.
If you have given consent to receive the Newsletter, you can withdraw it at any time via a provided form, by email, or by mail to our office address.
You can also unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time using the link available in the footer of each email you receive.
Withdrawal of consent can be processed within no more than 30 days from the submission of such a request.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
MARKETING
These are activities enabling us to present you with a commercial offer, including the services we provide or products we offer, through the communication channel you have chosen. Your data is processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or based on our legitimate interest, which is the promotion of our goods and services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
SOCIAL MEDIA
We operate profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Through these platforms, we contact you and regularly share content.
Plugins are marked with the logo of each of the mentioned social media platforms. Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy, which you can familiarize yourself with by visiting the specific page through the plugin. The content of the plugin is sent directly to the social media platform from your browser and integrated with the page. This information (including IP address) is sent directly from the user’s browser to the server of the social media platform, where it is subsequently stored.

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM (META)
The operator of Facebook and Instagram is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, based in Ireland.

Meta provides us with statistics about the page (page insights), which include statistical data on the use of our Facebook and Instagram fan pages. These are aggregate statistics created based on specific events recorded by metadata when users interact with the pages and associated content. Meta provides information for specific categories (followers or fans, people reached by the content, etc.) and periods.
We may be able to identify you on your social media and view your profile or share information about you according to your visibility settings, for example, when you post or like on our social media pages. In this context, we process your data (e.g., usernames) to manage the fan page on social media.
If you do not want your data to be processed in the future or want to limit its processing, you can delete your posts, comments, messages, or use the “Unlike”/ “Unfollow” feature to disconnect your profile from our fan page on Facebook or Instagram.
If you provide us with your personal data directly via our social media pages (e.g., via posts), we will use this data solely to respond to your posts or messages, such as to answer questions or conduct a competition.
The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., our legitimate interest in responding to your queries and posts in a manner tailored to your needs and documenting the results of the actions we take.
YOUTUBE
The operator of YouTube is Google Ireland Limited, based in Ireland.

Google provides us with aggregated information, i.e., statistical data on the use of our YouTube channel.
We may be able to identify users of our YouTube channel and view their profiles and shared information, such as when they post, share, subscribe, or like on our YouTube channel.
If you do not want us to process your data in the future or wish to manage our activity, you can delete your posts or account, or unsubscribe or unlike.
If you provide us with your personal data directly via our YouTube channel (e.g., posts, comments), we will use this data solely in response to your posts, such as to answer questions or conduct a competition.

These are activities involving information about your use of our website. We process your data based on:

4. STORAGE OF DATA
Contact
Your data will be stored only for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide any necessary explanations.
Newsletter
Your personal data is processed for the period during which you wish to receive our Newsletter, until you unsubscribe from this service.
After this period (upon withdrawal of consent), your data will be stored solely to allow us to comply with the accountability principle required by GDPR (to demonstrate compliance with data protection laws).
Social Media
Your data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve our objectives or until you delete posts, comments, or messages published on our profiles, or stop following our fanpage.
Cookies
Data collected through the use of cookies is processed for the validity period of the specific cookie set (typically 90 days from the date of collection) or until you delete them from your browser.
Consent
If we process your data based on consent, it will be processed until that consent is withdrawn.
5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the operation of the website and the provision of services, your personal data may be disclosed to third-party entities.
